About Us
Let me introduce myself, Im Jason Davies your Loans and Mortgage Broker.
I grew up in a blue-collar suburb in Brisbane’s south east. At age 25, I started my investment journey by buying a two-bedroom unit in Morningside. Being a first time buyer was exciting especially being an investment property. At the same time I took on a Carpentry apprenticeship building houses in Brisbane.
Upon completion of my apprenticeship I moved into the FIFO sector working mostly on major infrastructure projects in WA and QLD.
I kept growing my property portfolio during this time and looked for sound advice in a mortgage advisor. I saw how mortgage brokers were essential for turning income into the purchase of quality assets for their customers.
After 13 years FIFO I completed a Diploma of Finance and Mortgage Broking and with the support of my family who have a long history in banking, investment and conveyancing I moved into Mortgage Brokering.
It has been challenging at times. However, I have had an incredible support network. Additionally, my unique perspective of having seen the property investment process has been beneficial. From the foundations of a new home being dug, through to the ink drying on settlement papers,
I understand the struggle of those in the same position I once was. I want to help them achieve their property and financial dreams.
